"Client" refers to the authorized organization or individual using the portal for background checks.
"Candidate" refers to the individual whose data is being verified.
"Admin" refers to SSCL's internal screening team and case managers.
Clients are required to register using valid credentials.
SSCL reserves the right to revoke access in cases of misuse or non-compliance.
Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorized users.
Clients may:
Submit candidate information securely
Upload documents and digital consent forms
Track the progress of screening cases
Download final reports for up to 90 days
Clients may not:
Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to access data or systems outside of their permitted scope
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining candidate consent before submission.
SSCL:
Processes data only for legitimate verification purposes
Automatically links candidate records based on TRN, full name, and DOB if a match exists
Client access to candidate reports will expire after 90 days.
A warning email will be sent before expiry.
SSCL reserves the right to archive or delete expired data unless otherwise requested by admin override.
All materials on the SSCL platform, including UI, forms, and automated reports, are the property of SSCL and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.
SSCL may suspend or terminate a user account for:
Breach of terms
Misuse of data
Attempted data tampering
While SSCL uses advanced tools and follows best practices for data security and accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of third-party information obtained during verification.
